Wafer clamp
- Designed to meet the need to avoid pollution in the process of holding wafers through hands
- Wafer clamp makes the wafer naturally place in the grooves through going down and rising up on the path of holding the wafer, without external force applying on the wafer, and the two grooves match the circumference of the wafer through the design, supplemented by upper fixture with little area of light touching the wafer, so as to avoid the wafer from the risk of falling because of personnel negligence.
- The wafer clamp body is made of SUS 304, which is not easy to produce particle pollution and deformation, and the touching surface of the wafer clamp with the wafer is made of plastic material, which is not easy to scratch the wafer.
- The wafer clamp can exempt from the defects of the current commercially available wafer clamp clamping wafer surface directly, or clamping the circumference of the wafer, easy to produce pollution, damage, or scratch to the wafer, or the probability of the wafer falling damage because of insufficient clamping force.
